in the territory of the European Union, of the Council of Europe, an EEA or EFTA country or a neighbouring country of Hungary. The list of countries from which a .hu domain can be registered can be found here

LocalPresenceAdmin: To request and authorize the appointment of the Agent (details provided at the bottom of the legal conditions below) as the Formal Administrative Contact for the requested domain name, in order to fulfill the Local Presence requirement for the TLD in object.

LEGAL CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER SPECIFICALLY REGARDING .HU LOCAL PRESENCE:
1. Loginet Solutions OÜ must inform Registrant that the domain name registered under the .HU TLD is subject to the at all times existing regulations of the .HU Registry, currently Council of Hungarian Internet Providers (Registry).
2. Loginet Solutions OÜ must secure that Registrant understands and consents to the following:
* The Administrative Contact appointed by Ascio (formal Administrative Contact) is only a formal appointment for the benefit of securing the registration of the domain name under the .HU regulations and for the pure benefit of the Registrant
* Formal Administrative Contact only serves as the formal recipient of any official documentation or notification that may be dispatched to the admin-c in accordance with the at all times existing Registry regulations
* The Registrant must appoint an actual Administrative Contact of the domain name to which Ascio - through the intermediary assistance of Loginet Solutions OÜ - sends all correspondence and documents received in the capacity of being the formal Administrative Contact.
* The formal Administrative Contact is not in any way responsible nor liable for any acts, omissions or any relations in any form associated with the domain name registration for which it is appointed. This responsibility and liability fully rests with the Registrant and the actual Administrative Contact of the domain Name
* The Registrant agrees to that the domain name and/or domain names may be deleted as well as web site content may be cleared in the event of the domain name and/or domain names 19 breach of third party rights, public policy rules, Registry regulations, Ascio policies, Partner policies or any other authoritative regulation. Such breach may be emerged in court orders, authority decisions, Registry regulations, Ascio policies, Partner policies and the like
*The Registrant agrees to immediately and fully indemnify the formal Administrative Contact and/or its deputy and representation for all and any costs and liabilities that the formal Administrative Contact has been declared subject to purely based on its formal Representation
3. Loginet Solutions OÜ vouches for all the liabilities and indemnifications that Registrant is subject to, both as the Registrant and the actual Administrative Contact of the domain name.
4. It is the responsibility of Loginet Solutions OÜ to obtain consent from Registrant on the legal conditions stated above. The consent can be obtained by means of either:
a physical signature (HU_TLD_RegistrantLPConsent.pdf), OR
providing e.g. an on-line interaction in the form of a check box (while this being ticked off) with a wording as described in PDF listed above that must be checked before the registration process can proceed.
