Pax8 has updated our terms to allow for add-on licenses to be purchased without a Pax8 parent/base license in the customer tenant, per Microsoft NCE policy and guidelines. Please note, for an add-on type license to work and function, there must be an existing and active base license in the customer tenant, such as through Microsoft direct, or another provider.

Important: You are responsible for the term and commitment on the add-on license through Pax8 if the parent/base license exists elsewhere. If the parent/base license exists elsewhere, Pax8 will not provide support for the base license.
