.BG TLD registration requirements

Types of Registrants:

1. Any private persons or legal entities with legal or commercial registration in the Republic of Bulgaria or EU member state, or holders of a constituent act issued by a Bulgarian State Authority; entities, established by virtue of an agreement between Bulgaria and other countries; companies and organizations, registered abroad, having a registered branch or commercial representative office in the Republic of
Bulgaria.

2. Efficient persons, Bulgarian citizens, foreigners with the right for permanent residence on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or citizens of EU member state.

3. Legal entities, registered abroad, having authorized a third entity to register a DOMAIN NAME. The authorized entity shall meet the criteria under (1) or (2)

A. Document(s) required

A1. If Registrant is a company or organization within the European Union or Switzerland:

All of the following documents are required:

1) Copy of the Business Registration Certificate
The Business Registration Certificate (BRC) must explicitly mention the name of a legal representative. The BRC may not be older than 6 months.
A scanned copy MUST be uploaded to the Order first. Loginet Solutions OÜ requires it to create the registration application form.

2) Registration application document
Loginet Solutions OÜ will generate the registration application document and send it to you. The document must be a) signed by a legal representative of the registrant stated in the BRC beside a complete and legible statement of their name and
b) stamped with a company stamp of the registrant. If there is no company stamp, the document must be notarized instead.
No manual changes may be made on the document (e.g. changing the email address). Any manual change will automatically result in a rejection of the document at the registry.

When sending the document, Loginet Solutions OÜ‘s team will communicate the deadline until which Loginet Solutions OÜ must receive the original completed registration application together with a copy of the registrant‘s BRC. Typically, this deadline is 10 days.

A2. If Registrant is an individual within the European Union or Switzerland:

All of the following documents are required:

1) Copy of the Registrant's ID Document (Passport, Drivers License, etc.)
A scanned copy MUST be uploaded to the Order first. Loginet Solutions OÜ requires it to create the registration application form.

2) Registration application document
Loginet Solutions OÜ will generate the registration application document and send it to you. The document must be a) signed by the registrant beside a complete and legible statement of their name and
b) notarized.
No manual changes may be made on the document (e.g. changing the email address). Any manual change will automatically result in a rejection of the document at the registry.

When sending the document, Loginet Solutions OÜ‘s team will communicate the deadline until which Loginet Solutions OÜ must receive the original completed registration application together with a copy of the registrant‘s ID Document. Typically, this deadline is 10 days.


IMPORTANT: If the domain name does not match the company name completely (minus the company type (Inc., S.R.O., etc.), Loginet Solutions OÜ must enter ''Shall Not Provide'' in the Required Grounds section of the form when applying for the domain name at the registry.
If the domain name does match the company name, then you are allowed to enter ''Registrant's Name'' in this field.

A3. If Registrant is a company or organization based outside the European Union or Switzerland:

.BG Domain Name Registrations are only possible for Applicants who have a local presence within the European Union.
