Ownership transfer of .EE domains

During the transfer of a domain name, the receiving (new) Registrant replaces the transferring Registrant.

During the transfer of a domain name, the receiving Registrant submits a signed application indicating their intention to register the domain name in their name. The application must be accompanied by a signed consent from the transferring Registrant to relinquish the domain name in favor of the receiving Registrant.

Example:

I, [representative's name], representative of [company1], wish to take over the domains [domain1] and [domain2], which are currently registered in the name of [company2]. The consent of the transferring registrar is confirmed by the signature of their representative on the statement.
