Protected mode SSL/TLS

Incoming server

IMAP: mail.domeen.tld, port 993, protocol SSL/TLS;

POP3: mail.domeen.tld, port 995;

For example mail.domainname.ee

Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.domain.tld, port 587, protocol STARTTLS

For example mail.domainname.ee

Authentication: The full name of the mailbox, for example, example@loginet.ee, password is required.

Incoming server (POP3): mail.domeen.tld, port 110; IMAP: mail.domeen.tld, port 143;

Outgoing server (SMTP): mail.domeen.tld, port 25;

Authentication: The full name of the mailbox, for example, example@loginet.ee, password is required.

Adding mailbox to Outlook

1) Click File > Info > Add account

The Outlook wizard for setting up a new account will open.

2) Enter an email address to add your account

3) Click Advanced options and check the box for Let me set up my account manually

4) Click Connect

5) Choose the account type IMAP

The dialog IMAP Account Settings will open up.

6) Use the following settings:

a. Incoming mail: Server mail.domain.tld with port 993 and Encryption method SSL/TLS

b. Outgoing mail: Server mail.domain.tld with port 587 and Encryption method STARTTLS

7) Click Connect.

A login dialog will appear

8) After logging in the account is added to Outlook
